This rare lounge chair was designed by Fritz Neth and produced by the Correcta Sitzformbau Company in Kassel, Germany in the early 1950s. The organic and round lines of the egg shaped shell give the chair a striking and inviting appearance. The chair is very comfortable to sit in, thanks to its well thought out construction and proportions. The seat and back are upholstered according to the original tufted pattern, which gives the interior of the shell a wonderful texture and depth. The four legs in patinated brass contrast nicely with the light upholstery.
