This sculptural stool was produced in France in the late 1950s. The striking design consists of an organic shaped top with a carved edge in a serrated pattern and three legs with a similar carved pattern on all sides. All parts are made of solid elm wood which has been finished in a red- brown hue. This stool could also function well as a low, small side table.
