This striking coffee table is the model T02M designed by Pierre Chapo in 1963. The table is made of solid elm wood with a beautiful grain. The table can easily be converted into a dining table as the legs can be unscrewed from the top and replaced by higher legs. The higher legs are not included in this listing but are available as an option.

This new table was made by Chapo Creation, now run by Pierre Chapo’s son and grandson. Based in Southern France, this artisanal company produces the official reissues of Chapo’s designs. All pieces are hand made, using the same materials and techniques as the earlier productions (types of elm wood as the earlier productions). Each piece is stamped.
