This exceptionally rare chandelier was designed by Paavo Tynell and produced by Taito Oy in Finland in the 1940s. The elegant fixture consists of six individual brass arms coming together in the centre and leading up to the brass canopy. The six arms are placed at angle from the centre and the stems alternate between a shorter and longer length. Each arm with a brass shade holder and soft amber colored glass shade. The hand blown shades are the original shades. The mounting plate inside the canopy impressed with the manufacturer’s stamp.
