This striking side table was designed by Charles Dudouyt and produced in France in the late 1940s. The round top in solid dark stained oak with a rounded edge. The striking centred column is in turned oak wood, creating a grooved spiral pattern. The centred colum is resting on a circular base in a ring shaped carved motif. The base is slightly raised from the floor, resting on three sphere shaped feet, again in solid oak wood. The different carved shapes of the wood illustrate the craftsmanship and originality of Dudouyt’s production.

The table has been restored and is in very good condition with minimal wear.
